 First off I wanna say this is one goddamn sick POD. Secondly, You guys aarre missing the point Ian is getting at. Look at the bigger picture too. I'm sure this guy always wears a helmet during riding but for "a controlled photo shoot" like this one where he is probably not riding a 2-mile long trail to get here, I think this is ACCEPTABLE. He was probably riding 30ft towards the river, hitting it, and then re-doing it. no big deal.

 Use the HDR photomerge Pro app in CS5 and it will turn out a lot better, watch a tutorial as well and you'll like what you see. Not bad though.
